Can I change my order once I have placed it?
If you think you have made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible, either by phone in working hours on 01582 788232 or by email and we will do our best to make any changes required. If the order has already been dispatched, then the Returns procedure will come into play.
How do I pay for my order?
We take payment either through SagePay secure payment portal, or through your PayPal accouont - there is a selection box at the checkout.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to dispatch your order within 3 to 5 working days of receipt. However, occasionally we may be out of stock, in which case we will advise you immediately. We will then aim to dispatch as soon as new stock becomes available. During the spring and summer months our factory is working to capacity and large items such as tennis courts may be subject to a slight delay. If you are considering purchasing a large item please contact us for consultation regarding delivery timescales.
Why am I charged for delivery?
Flooring is a bulky item and we do have to cover our costs in getting it from us to you. Delivery costs are based on the size of your order. Some very heavy flooring products are not available to purchase online as they will require a special quote for delivery. Call us on 01582 788232 with your dimensions and we will quote you. You can then purchase over the phone. Within the UK, delivery to the Highlands and outlying islands are priced at a higher rate. Delivery costs on pallet orders can vary and we will advise customers of any difference prior to dispatch and any overcharge will be refunded.
All deliveries sent by a carrier will have to be signed for. Please advise us of any height/width restrictions for delivery lorries.
All goods are subject to availability
In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within thirty days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled at any time.
Damage in Transit
In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.
Returns and Exchanges
We offer a full 7 day money back guarantee on goods.
You have 30 days from receipt in which to return your order.
You will be charged a restocking fee £5 per box or part thereof (for checking & repackaging the goods).

You will have to pay the return cost of postage or collection can be arranged at your cost for larger items.
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Tact Enviro Ltd and are proud of the quality, range and advice that we offer. If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it (cancel your contract) then please;
- Please contact us within 7 working days from the day after the delivery day
- Contact us by phone on 01582 788232 and confirm via Email or in writing
- Return it to us with the products original packaging and labels within 30 days of receipt.
- All goods to be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt.
- We recommend that all items returned to us to be sent Royal Mail special delivery with insurance paid as a minimum. Alternatively collection can be arranged by us. You will be charged for the collection cost.
- If you feel the goods are faulty please contact us immediately and we will then contact you to resolve the matter, the above conditions also apply.
